Where is the store based?
I'm based in Spain
Return/exchange/refund policy?
All orders are final, so please choose carefully before placing your order. As stated, you will only be refunded if you select shipping with tracking and you do not receive your order. You will be contacted before an order is refunded.
My order arrived damaged.
Please email me with photos of any items arrive damaged and we can work out a solution for a replacement etc.
(In acrylic keychains and pins there is a removable protective film)
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped two times a week.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the country, please be sure to check your tracking information regularly and contact your local post services if needed.
If your order has not arrived by then, please send me an email with your order number and a replacement or refund will be arranged (if you purchased shipping with tracking).
My order is incorrect/missing items.
Please contact me with your order number and we will arrange an alternative.
